On October 3, 2016, SABIC went live with its new global enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This is a complex, global transformation and a significant undertaking for the company, which we believe will ultimately allow us to provide you with better service.
We are working our way through the start-up phase and many efforts are going well, but we are experiencing some challenges that are not uncommon when changing to a new ERP platform. We are working with specialists in SAP’s ERP system to ensure a prompt resolution so that we may return to normal operations as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding that we may have certain limitations pertaining to special requests. We are making every effort to return to normal operations as quickly as possible.
